Can't seem to recall the name of the song. Help?

I heard a song a few years ago and can't remember the name and can't
seem to find it anywhere online. The song starts with a woman speaking
as if she were giving a public announcement and I think she says
something along the lines of play this loud enough so that your
neighbors can hear then it turns into her saying a bunch of raunchy
dirty things.

If you have any clue as to where I could find a song like this, or
know what song I'm talking about that would be great. Thanks.
